Delicious food. Very authentic. They have several tv to watch football. The albondigas is so wonderful. It reminds us of our grandmother's recipe. The menudo is all you can eat and so yummy. You can get it with posole.

Always so GOOD. Beef fajitas were amazing. Husband said carne asada tacos were the best he has EVER had. Food is fresh and a decent price.

First time at Las Trancas. We had the chili relleno plate and the adovado burrito special. Both dishes were served hot and tasted great. The albondigas soup was tasty, but a little under seasoned for my preference. Staff was polite and attentive. Clean and pleasant atmosphere.

I moved from Cruces a while ago, but came to visit and knew exactly where I wanted to eat! Food came out hot, fast, and delicious! Menudo all day everyday. And thank you to Gg, our server, she made us feel right at home.

Food was delicious. I got the Huevos Rancheros and my family got the Menudo. Both items were cooked well to our liking. Our server helped us promptly, was very courteous, and checked on us frequently. The atmosphere is relax and casual. We have eaten here a few times and every time has been pleasant with both service and food.

Delicious food. Nice service. Clean environment. Good prices. If you are a weakling like I am to spicy heat, ask to try their red and green sauces to see which one you prefer if any. They will bring you a sample of each. I ordered the tamale, enchilada and taco combo (Taco not pictured)

Combinations. Combinations!! The combination plates are the best. We eat out everyday and I mean everyday and somewhere new all the time. Las Trancas never fails. Great Warm amazing Mexican food. Cheesy. Flavorful. The Albondiga soup taste full of cumin. Great customer service and on time service. Stop by and enjoy

Short version: Las Trancas menudo every mexican wanna be restaurants menudo Long version: Ever since I moved from el paso to las cruces I gave my self a task to find the best menudo. Back in the day in el paso I used to cross to juarez to eat menudo since you know... there's no better one than them. I've tried los mariachis, chilitos, EVERYTHING. They all sell you a lie plus some even rude. I found this place whenever I was dying in a really bad hungover. 3 sips of this menudo and brought me back to life, basically saving me. I felt like if this menudo was going to be like the other places I would've collapsed and die haha. This place makes me stay here instead of going all the way back to juarez!
